Cancer Center offers Free Prostate Cancer Screenings in November

GOSHEN, Ind. -  There are more than 2 million men living in the United States today who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer at some point in their lives. This year alone, another estimated 186,000 men will be diagnosed with cancer of the prostate, and over 28,000 will succumb to the disease.

On Nov. 18, 19, and 20, Goshen Center for Cancer Care will offer men in the area a chance to get screened and learn more about their prostate health.

Full Prostate Cancer Screenings will be provided by Urologic Oncologist Dr. Anthony Avallone and additional staff from Goshen Center for Cancer Care. General prostate health information will also be offered at each event and a member from the Goshen Center for Cancer Care Complimentary and Alternative Medicine team will be available for questions.

These free prostate cancer screenings will be at the following locations:
Nov. 18, 3 -7 p.m., Shipshewana Family Medicine, 450 East Country Lane, Shipshewana
Nov. 19,  3 -7 p.m., Goshen Center for Cancer Care, 200 High Park Ave., Goshen
Nov. 20,  3 -7 p.m., Anglemeyer Family Clinic, 1953 Waterfall Drive, Nappanee
