Deana Gonyon, MSN, ANP-BC, AOCNP

Nurse Practitioner

Deana Gonyon is a certified nurse practitioner who has devoted her practice to working with cancer patients. Prior to joining the Center for Cancer Care, she spent six years as a registered nurse with Edison Lakes Internal Medicine in Mishawaka, Ind.

Deana has a passion for bringing wellness to her patients and optimizing their health. She lives by the philosophy that as a caregiver, she treats every patient as she would want her family members to be treated. At the Center for Cancer Care, Deana works closely with the medical oncology department and the radiation oncology department in managing the care of cancer patients receiving both modalities.

Deana received her master’s degree in nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis, Ind. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University in South Bend and studied liberal arts at DePauw University.
