Title: A Phase II Multi-Institutional Efficacy and Safety Study of Chemotherapy with Selective Internal Radiation Treatment (Chemo-SIRT) Using Y-90 Microspheres in Patients with Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis

Sponsor: Goshen Center for Cancer Care

Study Name: Chemo SIRT

Description: Approximately two weeks before the first planned treatment, you will have a small tube (catheter) inserted through a small incision in the skin of your inner thigh and into a blood vessel in your leg. The catheter will be advanced within this vessel and placed into a blood vessel leading to the liver. This test will be done to determine if it is clinically possible to do the SIRT. If the procedure is possible, the treatment is comprised of a 46-hour infusion of chemotherapy which will be started on day 1. This is followed by SIRT on day 2. Chemotherapy cycles will be every two weeks with disease assessment every month.

Inclusion Criteria:

1. Patients with microscopic proven colorectal cancer
2. Patients with liver-only or liver predominant disease
3. Adequate body systems functioning as in the kidney, liver, bone marrow, etc.
4. Patients who have not had previous external beam radiation therapy to the liver
